Automated Crown & Stem Setting
Manually cutting stems and setting crowns is labour intensive. Not only does it require skilled labour, the process introduces variability that can result in elevated costs and possibly impact the correct function of the timepiece. A great timepiece can leave a negative impression with the customer if the crown is not set to the stem correctly.

The automated process precisely trims the stem to length, doses a metred amount of anaerobic adhesive then screws the crown to a local position with accuracy of ±0.10mm or even more precise on request

Cost
We accommodate all batch sizes, from single bespoke units to orders in the thousands. At volume, prices can be as little as 0.40CHF per assembled unit.
When compared to an Assembler or Watch Maker, the cost savings are significant especially when considering the failure rate from manual labour.
Accommodating Process
Our automated solution can accommodate any crown & stem combination. Oversized crowns to ladies crowns can be assembled to any stem, including extended stems seen in stop watches.
